I really like this place I met this young guy named Jonathan here he makes these beautiful elegant and affordable pens out of all different types of wood from around the world and his craftsmanship is just superb. It's amazing what happens when you just start a conversation.

I am a very loyal Starbucks customer - I typically go at least 3 times a week and usually I am very impressed. This morning I took a different route to work and decided to try out this Starbucks location. I will not make that mistake again. When I pulled up there was one car in front of me waiting at the window but I was the only one at the ordering station. It took over two minutes for someone to finally ask for my order but once she noticed me the woman was nice and polite while taking my order. By this time (about three minutes after getting in line) I pulled forward and the other person was still waiting at the window. I figured they must have had a complicated order because at most Starbucks your order is ready when you pull up to the window. Once they pulled away I pulled up to the window. It took over a minute for the person to notice me and ask for my form of payment. Then, it took FOUR minutes to receive my order once I had paid when I only ordered a coffee and oatmeal. I felt terrible because there was a multi car line behind me at this point. It took about 10 minutes start to finish to get my simple order. This is unacceptable to me for a Starbucks drive through. Had there been a long line I would have understood, but there was only one other car besides myself when I got there. On top of all of this- when I got to work I noticed my order was wrong.

This place would be a lot better without Jennifer working there. Very mean, unhelpful and disrespectful to customers. Gave me nasty attitude when asking for a refill on tall hot coffee. (I am a Gold member!) Jennifer asked why I came back to get refills on coffee (I had been sitting there for an hour with coffee and bagel!!!) Will not come again. Everyone else has been okay.

I'm a frequent Starbucks visiter (once or twice a day do not judge me just know my opinion is valid here) and because I don't drink dairy I always get a soy chai or soy latte. There's generally a 50/50 chance that I'll be given a cup with big soy chunks in the bottom. Which is absolutely disgusting but I try to brush it off. This place, however, is a piece of work. At the drive thru I asked for a triple grande iced soy caramel latte. Which is a mouthful, but should be easily understood by any barista (I work as a barista too). She was completely confused so I took her through the order, repeating the "with soymilk" part several times. At the window she handed me a latte but the ticket did not say "soy" on it so I asked if there was soymilk in it and she said no. I'm sorry I am not a difficult customer but what in the world? She offered to remake it. If I was not vegan and just preferred soy I probably would have just said no, its fine, i'll just have the 2%. Anyways, a minute or two later she gives me a dripping cup. with probably the biggest grossest chunks of soy covering the bottom. Maybe if the drink wasn't $6 or Starbucks was not completely overrated I would expect this but :( it just made me sad SERIOUSLY. SHAKE THE SOY. SHAKE THE SOYMILK, PEOPLE. IF BIGGBY CAN DO IT SO CAN YOU. (i'm going to attach a gruesome picture that I took in the parking lot on my way out. prepare yourself. )

Stopped at this particular location before my boyfriend heading to a job interview. This Starbucks is right near the freeway and located at a pretty busy intersection. Parking lot is tricky. The drive thru is wrapped into the parking lot. Don't park near the drive thru unless you want to wait 15 minutes to pull out and continue to lay on your horn even though you're the stupid one for parking right next to the drive thru. (No I didn't park next to the drive thru) Your best bet is to park and walk if you plan on going inside. Tons of tables and places to sit. I counted 9 people working during lunch time and everyone was able to get in and out quickly. Best Iced Hazelnut Machiatto that I've ever had! Very friendly staff. Bathroom was clean.

Have gone here several times since this incident. Have gotten the wrong drink. Drink incorrectly customized. Just not the best Starbucks culture. The parking lot is also a cluster-fuck.

This is an okay Starbucks. Service is okay - not the usual stellar service you expect from Starbucks. There is a nice patio with tables, chairs, and couches. There are usually people studying, reading, or having a meeting.

This location is terrible with getting drink orders correct and the baristas seem to be less than interested to help you. I only go to this location out of convenience since it has a drive thru, but even that is awful. By the time I left yesterday, with my drink made incorrectly AGAIN, there was a line wrapped around the building. Better off going inside to WATCH them make all your drinks.

I like this location because it has a drive thru option, however incredibly slow service and always a ton of traffic, which makes getting in and out a pain in the butt!

Always a good drink...no problems there. It is the problem with the drive thru set up and the service is too slow during the morning rush; and since the drive thru is odd layout cars have to line up through the parking lot and some people pull up and try to squeeze in, who needs the drama/tension in the morning before your cup of joe??????? YIKES!!!!!!

Pretty much your typical Starbucks. The plaza is doing construction so it's a little tricky to find, I had never been there before but met a friend there today. The barista was super friendly as well. Seating area is cozy but comfortable, mostly tables with a few armchairs. I'd go back again if in the area.

A nice new stand alone location that's much larger and more branded than the previous locale. The service seems on point and the seating area is vastly improved but the parking lot is kind of a nightmare..

Tip jars in drive thru's? I visited the new Starbucks in Farmington: Orchard - 12 Plaza Relo 27835 Orchard Lake Rd. Farmington Hills, MI 48334 Upon arriving, I loved the new structure, the experience was quicker and more efficient. It wasn't until I drove up to the cashier I noticed this huge box labeled "tips". I immediately was taken back by this and shocked that no one else made mention to this act of charity. Not only did I pay $5 for my order (by the way I have no proof of purchase as I received no receipt...who does that?) but there was also an additional charge to use the drive thru...well implied charge. Nonetheless, it was tacky. I've never seen nor felt obligated to TIP in a drive thru...Coney Island doesn't even do that. I really felt uncomfortable as I wasn't prepared to TIP . Next time I'll either pass, or ensure I have a few dollars/coins in the car to help pay for the wages for Starbucks staff.

My morning spot for coffee! They are really busy in the a.m. but I figure that to be the case for a Starbucks. Everyone is really friendly and quick and love to small talk with the customers that walk in. Drinks are made to perfection and I have no complaints when it comes to this Starbucks location.

A particularly disappointing Starbucks. Out of Oatmeal at 7am? Really? Christine was notably slow, unhelpful and unfriendly.

Drive thru worker not the happiest. Our sandwiches came out smashed and fruit was dried and stale.

Love this Starbucks. The baristas are fast and friendly and drinks are delicious. The parking situation is annoying a times but that goes for most Starbucks that are in plazas. To make up for the parking situation, this location has a drive thru which is typically quick to go through even with a long line.

Not a drive thru. And it's TINY! It's a Starbucks, although a small one. There's not much place to sit and hang out or work here, but it certainly was quick and I got my caffiene fix, so no one dies today! The baristas were nice, it was clean, and they were quick. Can't complain... 4 STARS

Not a Starbucks fanatic but definitely not a fan of this place...to keep it short and sweet, forget smallest Starbucks it's the smallest coffee shop I've ever been in! I've been in an organic tea shop that was bigger than this. But that's not the reason for the bad review it's the baristas here...outside of one tall older gentleman with glasses the other two women baristas I've had were a little difficult. If you can bypass this one just do it...it's worth it lol out of the Starbucks I've been to this one is just more of an inconvenience than anything

This location is close to the highway so not too surprising that they are very busy. I would expect them to have a drive through. The parking lot is a disaster, don't expect to be able to park anywhere near. The service was ok but nothing special. Frankly I expect a higher level of service than I recieved at this location.

Like most "normal places" check ins, you already know the basics, right? It's a Starbucks. They make coffee. They put your name on the cup. It's all overpriced and not necessarily the best coffee, but it's there. Met someone here for a pre-work chat about something random...I was a little surprised at how small the place is. It's on the "wing" side of a strip mall, and the place is atypical of most Starbucks that I've been to in that there isn't a whole lot of places to just park and chat with someone for a while. But, if you're looking for that giant chocolate slurpee (and call it that, not "venti mocha frappacino"...it's fun to watch their eyes bulgge out), this is the place to go.

Just like Cari said, no major complaints. It's hella small, and pretty busy but I can almost always find space to sit for a few minutes or even an hour. They have some parking spots right out front, but there's ample parking within 300 feet, including Hong Hua, the Chinese restaurant right next door, and around the corner - close to Einstein bagel. The employees are usually pretty nice, I've had one or two encounters that have been semi not-pleasant, but I wouldn't say it was unpleasant either. All in all, a good location, what else do you want from them?

No major complaints - they didn't get my drink right (it was kind of an annoying and complicated drink order though) ..but as a former barista I understand how hectic it can be. This location is really small and there is almost always a wait of at least 1 person in front of you. I don't come to Starbucks often at all but this used to be my spot to grab a coffee on the way to High School before I discovered the world of actual really good coffee. It's a convenient location right off the freeway and I still have 18 dollars left on a gift card so I'll be back :) The baristas were nice, bathroom was pretty clean. Here is about the only drink (Besides Tea) I like from Starbucks - you might like it too- (Grande size) Iced Soy Chai with light ice, 2 pumps Chai, 1 pump Cinnamon Dolce. Try it!!

This is a very busy Starbucks, with a limited seating area. The employees are very friendly and nice, though, which to me is a bonus compared to a lot of other Starbucks.

It's a very little shop. There isn't much space for a lot of ppl to crowd around but it's cozy. The baristas were really nice when I asked them if they would make me something from the Secret Menu and it was delicious! It's right off of OCC so that's always a plus!

Baristas are nice, coffee is great. Smaller Starbucks and sometimes parking is a pain, but it's the closest one to my house and I can't complain! :)

I am not sure why this is listed as closed but it is for sure open. Either that or someone broke in and is serving coffee to everyone who walks. Either way, they are doing a great job.

Don't know why here it says closed. I go there all the time, my work place is right across this place. Somebody change this. This starbucks open and running fine. I am customer and don't work for starbucks, but love starbucks.
